Your rights at a glance

Right of access

Get a copy of your personal data via Settings > Account > Export data. The export is a JSON file containing everything we hold about you across our databases.

Right to erasure

Delete your account permanently via Settings > Account > Delete account. This removes your data across our systems and cancels any active subscription. Refunds for unused portions of paid plans are available within 7 days by emailing hyder@replyrate.ai.

Right to rectification

Correct your account info via Settings, or email us for fields you cannot self-serve.

Right to data portability

The export at Settings > Account > Export data is in JSON format and portable to other services.

Right to restrict or object

Email hyder@replyrate.ai to request restriction or object to specific processing.

Right to withdraw consent

Use the Cookie preferences link in the footer to revoke analytics cookies. Delete your account to revoke all consent.

Right to complain

If you are not satisfied with how we handle your data, complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO):
